Sweeping and mopping are a help to maintain the finished floor, but over time, dirt will start to breakdown the wax on the surface.

Our Process
We start by dust mopping and wet mopping the the floor. We use disinfectants in restaurants and may use a pressure washer to remove debris.
We apply a stripping agent to break down old wax, in combination with a scrubber to penetrate down to original floor.
We mop the floor to remove the stripping agents and neutralizing solutions. We may also use a pressure washer for larger areas.
After the floor has been cleaned we place fans in the areas where we will be applying new sealant and new layers of wax.
The waxing process starts by sealing the floor. Once the sealer has dried, we apply desired number of coats of wax.
